Sheridan median home prices rose by 7.2% in 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Sheridan rose by $21,550 while total sales increased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 68 homes sold, with a median sale price of $320,000 - a 7.2% increase over the $298,450 median sale price for the previous year. There were 44 homes sold in Sheridan in 2018.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for 2019.
