Home prices increased in Centennial during 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in 2019 in Centennial rose by $20,275 while total sales increased by 5.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2019, there were 2,054 homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $424,725 median sale price for the previous year. There were 1,946 homes sold in Centennial in 2018.
