March 2021: Home prices in Sheridan increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Sheridan rose by $6,000 while total sales decreased by 40%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $368,000 - a 1.7% increase over the $362,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in Sheridan in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
