Pricing for the median home in Aurora (Arapahoe County) increased during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $34,250 while total sales increased by 12.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 584 homes sold, with a median sale price of $371,000 - a 10.2% increase over the $336,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 518 homes sold in Aurora in March 2020.
