Cherry Creek median home prices rose by 20.2% in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Cherry Creek rose by $120,000 while total sales increased by 43.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $715,000 - a 20.2% increase over the $595,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Cherry Creek in March 2020.
