March 2021: Home prices in Columbine Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Columbine Valley rose by $1,193,000 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,600,000 - a 84.8% increase over the $1,407,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine Valley in March 2020, as well.
