Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 6.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were 417 homes sold, with a median sale price of $360,000 - a 9.9% increase over the $327,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 390 homes sold in Aurora in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Aurora for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,705, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
