Median home prices in Sheridan rose to $403,400 in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Sheridan rose by $85,900 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $403,400 - a 27.1% increase over the $317,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Sheridan in February 2020.
