Inverness home prices rose in February 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2021 in Inverness rose by $147,500 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2021, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $532,500 - a 38.3% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Inverness in February 2020.

The median sales tax in Inverness for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,233, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for February 2021.
