January 2021: Cherry Creek experienced a 14% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2021 in Cherry Creek rose by $77,000 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2021, there were 15 homes sold, with a median sale price of $627,000 - a 14% increase over the $550,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Cherry Creek in January 2020.

The median sales tax in Cherry Creek for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,687, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for January 2021.
