Littleton (Arapahoe County) median home prices rose by 7.1% in November 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Littleton in Arapahoe County rose by $30,000 while total sales increased by 25.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were 69 homes sold, with a median sale price of $455,000 - a 7.1% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 55 homes sold in Littleton in November 2019.
