November 2020: Home prices in Holly Hills increased

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2020 in Holly Hills rose by $178,375 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $706,875 - a 33.8% increase over the $528,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Holly Hills in November 2019, as well.
