June 2020: Home prices in Cherry Creek increased

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Cherry Creek rose by $38,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $612,500 - a 6.7% increase over the $574,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Cherry Creek in June 2019.
