Pricing for the median home in Columbine (Arapahoe County) increased during June 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2020 in Columbine in Arapahoe County rose by $222,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2020, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 42% increase over the $528,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Columbine in June 2019, as well.

The median sales tax in Columbine for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,150, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for June 2020.
