May 2020: Inverness experienced a 14.2% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Inverness fell by $73,550 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $445,450 - a 14.2% decrease over the $519,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Inverness in May 2019.

The median sales tax in Inverness for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,233, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for May 2020.
