Columbine Valley median home prices rose by 20.3% in May 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2020 in Columbine Valley rose by $160,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $950,000 - a 20.3% increase over the $790,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine Valley in May 2019.
