Median home prices in Sullivan rose to $285,000 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Sullivan rose by $75,750 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 36.2% increase over the $209,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in Sullivan in the first quarter of 2020.
