Sheridan median home prices fell by 4.1% in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Sheridan fell by $14,753 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $344,748 - a 4.1% decrease over the $359,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 18 homes sold in Sheridan in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Sheridan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,847, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
