Pricing for the median home in Englewood increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Englewood rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 15.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 151 homes sold, with a median sale price of $449,500 - a 5.8% increase over the $425,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 131 homes sold in Englewood in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Englewood for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,684, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
