What happened to the median home price in Inverness during the first quarter of 2021?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Inverness rose by $24,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $483,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $458,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Inverness in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Inverness for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,233, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
