March 2020: Glendale experienced a 24% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Glendale fell by $82,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $259,000 - a 24% decrease over the $341,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Glendale in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Glendale for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,278, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
