Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $18,750 while total sales decreased by 6.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 518 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,750 - a 5.9% increase over the $318,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 553 homes sold in Aurora in March 2019.
