Median home prices in Holly Hills rose to $597,500 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Holly Hills rose by $72,250 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $597,500 - a 13.8% increase over the $525,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Holly Hills in the first quarter of 2020.
