The first quarter of 2021: Home prices in Columbine Valley increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Columbine Valley rose by $300,000 while total sales remained unchanged with three homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,700,000 - a 21.4% increase over the $1,400,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in Columbine Valley in the first quarter of 2020, as well.

The median sales tax in Columbine Valley for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $6,029, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
