Pricing for the median home in Centennial increased during March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Centennial rose by $65,000 while total sales increased by 16.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 173 homes sold, with a median sale price of $485,000 - a 15.5% increase over the $420,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 149 homes sold in Centennial in March 2019.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for March 2020.
