Pricing for the median home in Cherry Hills Village increased during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Cherry Hills Village rose by $532,500 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $2,632,500 - a 25.4% increase over the $2,100,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Cherry Hills Village in the first quarter of 2020.
