March 2020: Cherry Creek experienced a 11.2% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Cherry Creek rose by $59,725 while total sales increased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $595,000 - a 11.2% increase over the $535,275 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cherry Creek in March 2019.
