Home prices decreased in Columbine (Arapahoe County) during March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $305,100 while total sales decreased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $699,900 - a 30.4% decrease over the $1,005,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Columbine in March 2019.
