Rising home prices in Columbine Valley in March 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2020 in Columbine Valley rose by $9,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,407,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $1,397,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine Valley in March 2019, as well.
