Falling home prices in Columbine (Arapahoe County) in the fourth quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2020 in Columbine in Arapahoe County fell by $223,700 while total sales increased by 15.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.
