February 2020: Home prices in Aurora (Arapahoe County) increased

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $12,449 while total sales decreased by 0.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 390 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,500 - a 4% increase over the $315,051 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 392 homes sold in Aurora in February 2019.
