Cherry Creek home prices rose in February 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2020 in Cherry Creek rose by $96,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 16 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2020, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $542,500 - a 21.5% increase over the $446,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Cherry Creek in February 2019, as well.
