December 2019: Cherry Creek experienced a 57.8% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Cherry Creek fell by $390,000 while total sales decreased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $285,000 - a 57.8% decrease over the $675,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Cherry Creek in December 2018.
