Home prices increased in Cherry Hills Village during December 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in December 2019 in Cherry Hills Village rose by $245,000 while total sales remained unchanged with nine homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In December 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,695,000 - a 16.9% increase over the $1,450,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cherry Hills Village in December 2018, as well.
