The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2020 in Littleton in Arapahoe County rose by $21,475 while total sales decreased by 24.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2020, there were 167 homes sold, with a median sale price of $435,900 - a 5.2% increase over the $414,425 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 222 homes sold in Littleton in the second quarter of 2019.
