Columbine Valley median home prices rose by 27.3% in November 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2019 in Columbine Valley rose by $237,500 while total sales remained unchanged with two homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2019, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,107,500 - a 27.3% increase over the $870,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Columbine Valley in November 2018, as well.
