Cherry Creek median home prices rose by 2.2% in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Cherry Creek rose by $11,500 while total sales decreased by 5.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $533,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $521,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Cherry Creek in October 2018.
