How did home prices perform in Sheridan during the first quarter of 2020?

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Sheridan rose by $49,500 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $359,500 - a 16% increase over the $310,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Sheridan in the first quarter of 2019.
