Cherry Hills Village home prices fell in October 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2019 in Cherry Hills Village fell by $100,000 while total sales increased by 22.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,700,000 - a 5.6% decrease over the $1,800,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Cherry Hills Village in October 2018.
