The first quarter of 2020: Inverness experienced a 10.9% drop in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Inverness fell by $56,250 while total sales decreased by 42.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $458,750 - a 10.9% decrease over the $515,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Inverness in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Inverness for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,233, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
