Home prices increased in Aurora (Arapahoe County) during September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Aurora in Arapahoe County rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 7.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 597 homes sold, with a median sale price of $330,000 - a 4.8% increase over the $315,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 557 homes sold in Aurora in September 2018.
