Home prices increased in Littleton (Arapahoe County) during the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Littleton in Arapahoe County rose by $66,900 while total sales increased by 37.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were 153 homes sold, with a median sale price of $460,000 - a 17% increase over the $393,100 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 111 homes sold in Littleton in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Littleton for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,099, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
