Englewood median home prices rose by 1% in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Englewood rose by $4,000 while total sales increased by 44.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 62 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 1% increase over the $396,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Englewood in September 2018.
