Bennett (Arapahoe County) median home prices rose by 11.1% in the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Bennett in Arapahoe County rose by $56,000 while total sales decreased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $560,000 - a 11.1% increase over the $504,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Bennett in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Bennett for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,714, approximately 0.7% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
