Cherry Creek home prices fell in September 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2019 in Cherry Creek fell by $125,000 while total sales increased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2019, there were 24 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,000 - a 21.7% decrease over the $575,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Cherry Creek in September 2018.
