Pricing for the median home in Foxfield increased during the first quarter of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2020 in Foxfield rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2020, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $815,000 - a 1.9% increase over the $800,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Foxfield in the first quarter of 2019.

The median sales tax in Foxfield for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $3,956, approximately 0.5% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2020.
