The fourth quarter of 2019: Home prices in Englewood increased

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Englewood rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 2.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 146 homes sold, with a median sale price of $405,000 - a 6.6% increase over the $380,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 150 homes sold in Englewood in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Englewood for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $1,684, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
