The fourth quarter of 2019: Centennial experienced a 8.4% increase in median home prices

The median sale price of a home sold in the fourth quarter of 2019 in Centennial rose by $34,450 while total sales increased by 12.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From October through December of 2019, there were 492 homes sold, with a median sale price of $444,450 - a 8.4% increase over the $410,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 437 homes sold in Centennial in the fourth quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Centennial for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $2,664, approximately 0.6% of the median home sale price for the fourth quarter of 2019.
