Home prices increased in Deer Trail during the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Deer Trail rose by $12,550 while total sales decreased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $205,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $192,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Deer Trail in the third quarter of 2018.

The median sales tax in Deer Trail for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $822, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
