Falling home prices in Sullivan in the third quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in Sullivan fell by $21,750 while total sales remained unchanged with four homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $235,750 - a 8.4% decrease over the $257,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Sullivan in the third quarter of 2018, as well.

The median sales tax in Sullivan for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $953, approximately 0.4% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2019.
